Reaching Out To Jesus - Madison Bramucci
This painting drew inspiration from the story of Zacchaeus and
the message behind it. Jesus reaching up to Zacchaeus symbolizes
that Jesus will always reach out to the world, even those who may
seem like troublemakers. He seeks to know people deeply.
Bread of the People - Sila Gunduz
This art piece represents the importance of serving those who
need it. Being a leader is not about being served. A true leader
has to be ready to help people with whatever they need. This can
be an idea for people who are in trouble or, in this case, some
bread and fish for those who are hungry.
Blood of the Lamb - Natalie Baptist
This piece was created based upon the story of Christ, the Lamb
who was slain. The cross is rooted into the ground and surrounds
the universe with the wonder it contains. The innocent lamb was
killed, and this changed the entire world, shattering all that was
and is and is to come. There was nothing special about the lamb,
not a speck to differentiate him from everyone else. But the lamb,
when he died, saved the world.
The Mark of a Diligent Man - Natalie Baptist
This colorful sketch used imagination to bring the story of the
parable of the workers in the vineyard to life. The workers were
all paid the same wage by the vineyard owner, no matter what time
they started during the day. Do diligent work and the amount
promised will be paid.
Let The Children Come to Me - Rebecca Mosqueda
Artwork is set on the story found in Matthew chapter 19:13-15. A
fundamental part of Jesus ministry, this shows Jesus' love
focusing on children, He then proceeds to tell the disciples "For
the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to them" showing that every child
has a sure spot in heaven rather than adults.
On the Shepherd’s Back - Madison Bramucci
This art piece takes inspiration from the parable of the lost
sheep. This is portrayed through the shepherd carrying the sheep
that had gone astray, delivering it from the darkness that it had
been caught in. This expresses the idea that God is always present
and will always be there to search for those who need him when
they feel they can’t find a way out of their tribulations.
Holding Hands with the Creator - Natalie Baptist
This piece of art was based upon the fact that Jesus loves
children, and lets them come to him. This is a creative imagining
of Jesus walking through a garden within heaven with a little
child. The child has a smile on his face and cannot be anything
but happy, because he is with his Lord Jesus, content and
fulfilled.
Cleansed by His Will - Natalie Baptist
A piece depicting the story of how Jesus cleansed the lepers. One
hand has been healed while the other is yet to be healed. This
shows the compassion Jesus had on the sick and how he can use His
mighty power to do all things, even what may seem impossible.
Only Lost Until Found - Natalie Baptist
This artwork is about the parable of the lost sheep. The
inspiration for this piece was drawn from the story itself, as
well as from the roots of what Christians know about Jesus. Jesus,
with his many names, will always be watching out for the people of
the world. He cares for those who are lost and wandering, and he
will do everything he can to bring them into his shelter, and to
give them a home so that they are no longer lost.
Give Him to Me - Sila Gunduz
This art piece was inspired by the story of paralyzed man. The
man’s friends could not get the paralyzed man to Jesus because of
the crowd in the house so they lowered him through the roof. Jesus
took him under his wing and healed him, allowing him to take his
own mat and walk out himself. Jesus brings the weak and the sick
to health, and this shows within this story and this art piece.
